4. What meals do you plan on serving? (Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Snacks?)
5. Any allergies or food sensitivities?
6. What food do you plan on serving at each meal?
7. What drinks do you plan on serving?
8. What, if anything, are you asking others to bring?
9. What do you need to add to your grocery list?
Surroundings
10. Where will everyone sit? Do you have enough seats?
11. If your guests are coming for more than a meal, do you have pillows or blankets your guests can enjoy?
12. Do you want to decorate? What will you need?
13. What supplies do you need for each room? Toilet paper for the bathroom? Napkins for the dinner table? Make a list, then gather your supplies.
